GETTING STARTED WITH ONLINE BILLING

Residential Member-customers who have Internet access can now:

·         Pay your bill by VISA, MASTERCARD, or E-Check from your    personal computer

·         Review the account history of your bills

·         View your most recent Salt River Electric bill

·         Receive notification of your most recent bill (e-billing)

With Online Billing you can access your Salt River Electric account using your account number (listed on your monthly bill) and your password (activated by contacting your local Salt River Electric office). The Online Billing section of our website is a secure site protected by GeoTrust, Inc.

You can request E-billing at any Salt River Electric office. Then, each month you will receive a notification of your bill – emailed to your computer – on the day it is produced. Your bill date nor due date will not change, and you may continue receiving your bill in the mail if you wish.

Tips on Using Online Billing and E-billing:

·         Contact your local Salt River Electric office to activate your Online Billing account and receive a temporary password.

·         When accessing the site for the first time, you must change the temporary password to one that is more meaningful to you.

·         Use the Account Number (found on your electric bill) minus the last two digits. This allows the system to display a list of all your accounts. Then, you can choose the account you wish to view.

·         Password entries are case sensitive.

·         Use the online HELP facility of the Online Billing Information to answer most of your questions, or call your local Salt River Electric office for assistance.

·         When leaving the Online Billing site, use either the “HOME” or “RETURN TO LOGIN” button (not the “X”) to exit.

·         Minimum equipment and software requirements are Pentium processor, 32 Mb RAM, Windows 98, 28.8 modem.

·         Supported Browsers - IE6, IE7, Firefox, Netscape, and Safari

E-Billing

·         Contact Salt River Electric office to request e-billing.

·         You must have an active email address.

·         Please let the Customer Service Representative know if you would like to continue receiving your bill in the mail.
