TOUCHSTONE ENERGY HOME

This rebate is for members who build a new home using the Touchstone Energy Home Standards. These elements of construction can help you save up to 30% annually on your energy costs. Installation of a Geothermal Heating/Cooling System or an Electric Heat Pump in the new home are required to receive a $250 rebate. All energy requirements on the Geothermal and Heat Pump must be met before the rebate can be paid. Contact our office before construction starts for more information. Please Note: Dual Fuel systems do not qualify for this rebate.
